Being the new bassist for Shaft is a dream come true for Ireland Tyler. Sold out stadiums and screaming fans are just bonuses to being able to play music she loves. The only downside is it brings her face to face with a blast from her past and her only regret: Dominick Bradford.
The second in command of security for the band may go by Mack now, but all Ireland sees is the boy who used her and left her broken hearted when they were just seventeen years old. Could this be her chance at revenge after all these years, or will it cause old feelings to rise to the surface and cost more than she is prepared to give?
Mack has been the number two and the butt of most jokes for as long as he can remember. When he is suddenly thrust into the top dog position he is determined to prove he has what it takes to run the security team during the last leg of the tour.
The only thing he didn’t count on was Ireland Tyler.
The wild and crazy bassist is far from the sweet and naïve girl he met all those years ago and it has him wondering how well he really knew her at all. Will Mack be able to resist her and do his job, or will he be consumed by the flames and be the one left wanting more this time?

How do I start this review?? I first started this series and the first book was good second still good but I thought do I want to continue with Shaft, am I ever glad I did. Cat Mason has done it she has made me a fan on Rock star romance. Believe me I didn’t think that was possible. I have really enjoyed that each person in the Shaft family has gotten their own story. I have my favorites in this series, but who doesn’t have their favorites. I was gifted this book for a fair and honest review.

Henry Richardson is the man in the shadows. He’s the calm and cool protector that everyone relies on to restore order among the chaos that is Shaft. After having his heart broken, not once, but twice, Henry is determined that it’s safer for everyone involved that he remain on the sidelines. He is content to hide behind his trademark shades and watch as his adopted family thrive in the limelight. When the live-in nanny for Shaft quits with no notice just before a much needed vacation, her replacement is nothing like Big Man expected.Rae Sloan is sassy and independent. She loves kids; working at the daycare center inside Ironsound Records was her dream job until she was offered something more.A live-in position with one of the hottest bands in the country. When Henry and Rae collide, the tension is through the roof. Neither one of them are emotionally available, but what happens when those layers you have to protect yourself are suddenly stripped away? When push comes to shove, Henry will have to make a choice that will change his life forever. Can Henry find love, or will he lose everything while fighting the demons within himself?

This author has done it, she has made me a fan of Rock star books. The Shaft family has definitely had their ups and downs in these books. This was Henry’s book, and I thought that this author had me with Hunter oh how wrong I was. Henry is such a great character, all of these characters vibe off of each other and as a family as a whole. Definitely not to be missed. I was gifted this book for a fair and honest review.

Catch up with everyone from Shaft on Tour as they celebrate the holidays. Don't miss out on baking with the girls, shopping with the guys, the couples gift exchange, or the Christmas party at Ironsound Records where someone loses a bet and has to dress up as Dirty Santa. This book is not a full length novel and is intended for ages 18 and up since it contains sexual situations and adult content.

What a great follow up book for Hunters story and Jazzie’s first Christmas with the Shaft family. It really shows how much Hunter has come into being a first time father and wanting everything perfect. I was gifted this book for a fair and honest review.

Being the flashy frontman for the band Shaft definitely has its perks. Hunter Chesterfield, is infamous for exploiting them all shamelessly. When he isn't busy commanding the stage and wooing every groupie in sight, he's living for the three Bs; Bitches, Booze, and Bacon. He has it all, or so he thought.
Women have always been disposable to Hunter. Frisbees to toss away once's he had his fun. There has never been a repeat rear-ender, until Chase.
Watching his bandmate, then his brother, fall in love has him wondering if he is even capable of love at all. Insatiable sex drive aside, no one would willingly want to deal with the storm brewing behind that sexy smirk, right? But, something about his smart mouthed, fiery Tiger Lily has Hunter rethinking everything.
While Hunter reevaluates his life, someone from his past comes back to haunt him; jeopardizing his future. The media is sniffing around, latching on to everything, and anything, they can dig up, as someone seems to be feeding the monster all Shaft's dirty secrets.
Lies and betrayal mix with banter, sex and bacon as Shaft prepares to release their new album and blow into the mainstream.

I started at the beginning with this series and I must say Hunter really bothered me in the beginning he seemed so cocky and he just wanted his groupies and bacon, but as I found out in the 2nd book there is more than meets the eye with Hunter. You did it Cat Mason you made me like Hunter actually you made me love Hunter. He grew up and came into his own, I refer to it as the evaluation of Hunter. I was gifted this book for a fair and honest review

“Everyone has a story my pages are just a lot darker than most.”Aiden Chesterfield needs control like he needs to breathe. It pushes back the dark past he tries to pretend doesn’t exist. Just as badly as he needs the structure that domination provides, he needs Camaron to be the one to submit to him. Though, when Aiden realizes how unworthy she feels of his love; he sends her away. Her insecurities anger him, but break him at the same time. Forcing him to come to the realization that her emotions are one thing he cannot control.Camaron Allen left everything to start her life over in Vegas with hopes of finding family. After losing the man she loves because of her insecurities she’s determined to become stronger. When a phone call from her best friend has her taking on a new career, she is forced to face more than herself. Shaft is hitting the big time and everyone wants a piece of the rockers’ pie; and some are willing to do anything to get it. Will Cam and Aiden be able to move beyond their fears and face the possibility of a future, together? Or will they forever fight their demons alone?

This series just keeps getting better and better. I have never been a fan of Rock Star romance books, but Cat Mason has made me a fan. This is book 2 it is Aiden’s and Cameron’s book, in this book we get more insight into the early lives of Aiden and Hunter. This book picks right up after book 1 so you don’t loose any of the story at all. I was gifted this book for a fair and honest review
